At Black Baaj, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering premium quality products, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact

  • The item should not be damaged, worn, or altered

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A clear reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if required)

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.


Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • The amount will be credited within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.


Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items returned after the 3-day return window

  • Products without original tags or packaging
